A watercolour artist from Fukuoka, currently residing in Kanagawa. Since 2008, Hikaru has travelled across Japan, creating landscape paintings and exhibiting in numerous group shows. In 2017, seeking his roots, he visited Kyoto, which inspired him to start painting the city's streets and the dances of Geiko and Maiko. He exhibits his work every autumn at the Ginza Mireya Gallery.
